We are delighted to inform you that as of Friday the 25th of October Pearl has become employee owned through a corporate structure known as an employee ownership trust (EOT).
Pearl has been serving the automotive industry for over 50 years and this move recognises and rewards the exceptional, dedicated team of staff we have at Pearl.
There will be no change to either the management, staffing or operation of the company and we will continue to strive to supply you with the same quality product and service.
We believe this change will strengthen the company with an empowered motivated workforce for the long term benefit of everyone associated with the company.
